Who handles your data
The data controller is Flash Media LTD, Triq il-Kbira 138, Flat 4, Il-Mellieħa MLH 2315, Malta (C 72149, VAT MT22862702). For any question about your data, write to info@flashmediaforitaly.com.
What data we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company (if you add it), your email, the services you are interested in and your message.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you ask us, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising.
Who sees it
Only the Flash Media team. We do not sell or give your data to anyone. The technical providers that make the website and email work keep it on our behalf: Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) for the website and email, and FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), the service that delivers the form to us by email.
How long we keep it
24 months from your message, or for as long as we work together if you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to limit its use, to object to its use and to receive it in a readable format. Just write to the address above. You can also complain to the Maltese supervisory authority (Information and Data Protection Commissioner) or to the one in your country.
Services outside the European Union
The website loads its font from Google Fonts: to do this your browser sends your IP address to Google. Infomaniak is in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as giving adequate protection. See the Cookie Policy for details.
